Trump was just an excuse to do what they've been planning on doing for years. CA has allowed elections without Republicans on the ballot, and now other Dem controlled states are claiming they have the right to remove Republicans in their state from being on the ballot. Colorado has tried it and now Oregon is doing it.

As long as these communists get away with this destruction of Democracy they'll keep doing this.

Just like Colorado, why is it usually the pot head states that are trying to do shit like this?

The same states that are deliberately ignoring federal drug laws.

Sounds like an insurrection to me. We should send F-16s to bomb the living fuck out of them.

So America does not have free and fair elections anymore? This won't bode well for the world.

Well a Republic was a good form of government, if we could have only kept it.

Some "old, dead, white guy who had slaves" predicted that a long time ago.

Tough shit. State laws, approved by the people.
Not sure what you have an issue with here.
The bill was passed and the courts are upholding it.
And I don't see the word "Republican" or "Democrat" in there. Just lawmaker.

"The decision upholds the secretary of state’s decision to disqualify the senators from the ballot under a voter-approved measure aimed at stopping such boycotts. Measure 113, passed by voters in 2022, amended the state constitution to bar lawmakers from reelection if they have more than 10 unexcused absences".
