It's the Congressional Black Congress, that's what's wrong with the CBC. They have an agenda and the Constitution is a roadblock to that agenda.

The connection however is certain as most all of the CBC are also members of the CPC. My point is that these folks are largely a bunch of Socialists. Hell, the CBC was founded by a known sympathizer of Communist Party USA, one John Conyers. And don't get me started on Maxine Waters.

Rush doesent have a law degree nor does he sit on the Judiciary Commitee of congress. Not that you need a law degree to read and understand the constitution but your moral equivalency is a fail.

Furthermore, why would Democrats with law degrees who sit or have sat on the Judiciary Committee be taking their lead and info from Rush Limbaugh? If anything, that would make it worse. "Not only have I not read the Constitution, I listen to talk radio hosts to find out what it says."

Without a doubt, many TEA Party protesters at the event felt a sense of pride in hearing those words.

Most Constitutions come with a copy of the Declaration of Independence. Nevertheless it goes to show you how the media picks up on Republican Gaffs but not Democrats.

personally I think most people (especially on this board) have either never read it or obviously do NOT understand it.

first, the constitution itself (if you actually read it) turns out to be nothing more than a roberts rules of order for government

second, should you include the AMENDMENTS with the constitution you will see that the ONLY RIGHTS YOU HAVE are
1. the right to freedom of religion
2. the right to bear arms

the rest (until 10) are about legalities; quartering soldiers, search and seizure, speedy trial, cruel and unusual punishments (most of which have been nullified or simply trashed)

10 is about rights not delegated by the US government are the province of the states or the people....bot nobody (except me and divecon) believes that THE PEOPLE should retain the rights NOT hijacked by the states or the federal government

I think you're misreading that as if government ordains rights upon people. It doesn't. Speech, Religion and Guns are just three that the government can not abridge. You have myriad other rights, but those other rights are not explicitly unabridgeable (is that a word) by the federal government.
