What "limits or restrictions" should there be? Who would be qualified to impose them? Politicians?
Most people who choose to have an abortion have one as soon as they are able.
I want to know exactly what efforts these "pro-life" types have made to make sure that contraception is available to all. We have had the technology to prevent most unwanted pregnancies for decades now. No unwanted pregnancy=no abortion, with the exception of medical problems. The solution has been under our noses for a very long time.
