All income tax cuts will always predominantly benefit the wealthy because the wealthy pay most of the taxes. Over 50% of US citizens pay zero income tax. The top 10% pay the vast majority of the income tax 72% to be exact. What tax cut could you pass that wouldn’t predominantly benefit the wealthy?

I've been listening to the democrat doom and gloom predictions since the so-called Trump tax cuts were enacted. I am square in the middle of the economic middle class and my taxes were reduced and tax returns were greater than during any previous admin. More democrat LIES.

We are about to find out if Republicans really want the shutdown to end, because if they do not agree with Democrats counter proposal, it follows that GOP does not care about the people who are suffering from this shutdown.
