1. Stricter rules for arrests and warrants

• Require ICE agents to get a judge-approved warrant before entering homes

For homes, yes. For businesses or public places, no. ICE never needed judicial warrants under any other Dem or Rep.

• Make sure agents confirm someone isn’t a U.S. citizen before detaining them

Nope.

Law enforcement can detain anyone that breaks the law and interferes with them.

This is about aligning ICE actions more closely with constitutional protections.

2. Transparency: body cameras & ID

• Require body cameras for agents
• Force agents to show identification (name, badge number, agency)
• Some Democrats also want to ban masks/face coverings during operations

Body cams are good ideas. In areas where local law enforcement arrests lawbreakers, masks are not needed But not constitutional right to know an officer's personal details or be able to facial recognition them. Badges with legible numbers are sufficient.

Goal: accountability and easier investigation of misconduct.

As long as it doesn't turn into prosecuting law enforcement because Dems hate the law.

3. Limits on where ICE can operate

Churches, yes. The others are public places. Avoid arrests by notvbreakingbthe law.

Those opportunities can be had in their home countries, or in an assylum country adjacent to their home countries.

Yes. Just as I don't want additional requirements because ICE enforces Laws Democrats hate, I dont want fewer requirements because ICE enforces laws I agree should be prioritized.

Immigration is federal. Why should states and cities that refuse to cooperate with ICE and dont even respond to anti-ICE riots now be allowed to investigate and prosecute feds?

Democrats are hurting many Americans but don't really care.

Democrats aren't the Party that is shooting Americans in the streets and terrorizing children in their schools. Democrats care very deeply what ICE is doing to terrorize the American people, and causing harm to citizens and legal immigrants without warrants, while wearing masks.

"Disappearing" people by secret police with unlimited powers, and shipping them off to concentration camps is what Hitler did before he started doing worse. Show us how ICE is any different than the SS.

ICE is picking people up and shipping them off to concentration camps in Texas, and Louisiana, and other red state locations, before they can file a habious corpus petition.

Americans didn't vote for ANYTHING like this. They voted for the deportation of criminal illegal immigrants.

No it was not. There were precious few natural born "American Citizens" in 1776, so that would not have been possible. "We hold these truths to be self evident, that ALL MEN are created equal" Nothing there says all American citizens are created equal.

For a guy who calls himself a "Sage", you don't even understand simple facts that you should have discerned easily just using common sense. The words are right there in front of you. No qualifiers. ALL MEN (emphasis mine).

In fact, women don't have equal rights under your Constitution. But any man, citizen or not, does.
