When a worker accepts a job at a set pay rate he enters into a contract willingly. He does a specific task for a specific wage. That's not "theft." That's an agreement. He can't agree to those terms then scream "theft" when the corporation sticks to those terms.

If I come up with an idea or create a new product and start my own company I am not obligated to "share" the fruits of my idea with anyone at all. I have a right to prosper as a result of my own efforts. If I get rich ... I don't owe you a dime.
