The "race and gender preferences" since the Romans, have been white and male. And that is totally contradictory of a republic, where the law is supposed to instead favor Diversity, Equality, and Inclusion.
There is still way too much "punishment for criminals".
Legally you can only defend the inherent rights of individuals, so then laws like over drugs, sex, alcohol, etc. are inherently illegal in a republic. When you dictate without being necessary to defend others, that is not legal in a republic.
Borders are supposed to be "open".
This country was built on open borders and since we are almost all the descendants of illegal Euro immigrants, it is illegal to now try to close the borders, and even worse that those we deport are almost all descendants of natives who have a legal right to be here.
However I agree that Transgender had a decade of illegal hormones that should make it illegal for them to compete in women's sports.
The word "antisemitism" is all wrong. First of all, you have to capitalize it. Second is that the word Semitic comes from Shem, the fabled son of Noah who was to have fathered all Arabs, and it means "of Arab origins" not Jewish. Since the Hebrew were Arab, it can at most include Jews, but not be exclusive to them.

Sanctuary cites are inherent to law since the feds are only supposed to have jurisdiction over the borders that can't be locally controlled.
If a state or city wants more immigrants, the feds should have nothing to say about it.
All of the US is actually taken from others, and the treaties when we took it said we can't block things like immigration. ICE is totally illegal. Go read the Treaty of Guadelupe Hidalgo sometime. Those south of the border are natives. Most of US citizens in the US are not and are descendants of illegal immigrant invaders.
