It is an interesting strategy to campaign by sequester. As some voters begin to turn their attention to the November election, they will be faced with the vacuum left upon the political landscape by a party that has determined that they will somehow increase their chances by adopting a self-imposed exile.

The DNC, discerning that their Republican counterparts were promoting a theme that the Democratic leadership is unfit to lead, reacted in a manner which belies their total agreement with that premise. They are hiding their leadership from public view as much as possible.

But, somehow, Kerry did not get the memo. Or, perhaps, he did get the memo but decided that surely this memo could not apply to him. After all, Kerry does not have the legal baggage of Harry Reid who may be offering the American Voter tenure as Senate Majority Leader that could possibly be served from behind bars. And, certainly, the RNC would not attempt to play pin-the-tail-on-the-Pelosi with John F Kerry!

His infamous denigration of our noble troops was just the last in a series of slanderous proclamations made by Kerry in his political career and is just one more rancorous voice in the chorus of Democratic defeatism. Kerry’s encore performance clearly illustrates the propensity of arrogance and ignorance to coincide. The “I will apologize to no one” mantra, combined with a hastily devised pretext of bollixing an ill-conceived, insensitive joke, was awe-inspiring in its inanity.

What kind of demented individual would attempt to joke with an audience of youngsters about a war in which our brave men and women are sacrificing their lives at that very moment?

The Democrats quickly offered proof that they indeed share the Kerry world-view. The servile leftist media wasted little time in mobilizing a defense of the indefensible Kerry by promoting revised transcripts of “what he really meant to say” - which is just as offensive as what he really did say. Of course, these transcripts will be consigned to a place of journalistic honor and distinction next to other documents that the Old Media have used to shill for the Democrats in the past. It was amusing to watch these red-faced leftist media hacks angered over a feeling of betrayal when Kerry cowardly posted one of the lamest, insincere apologies imaginable on his website after the Old Media toiled in a nonstop shilling frenzy.

The Kerry incident is a stark reminder of the narcissistic buffoonery that has become the trademark of the Democratic Party. The Democrats have devolved into a loose association of leftists who offer no serious vision for the future of the United States but who pose an incontrovertible danger to our troops serving overseas, to our very robust economy, and to our individual liberties and safety.

On Tuesday, vote for our troops. They deserve it.

"Cut-n-Run"-2006
What will be the dems bumpersticker insult for 2008?

Well, since "Flip-Flop" was a quite accurate summation of their candidate's strategy in 2004 - and "Cut-n-Run" seems a faithful depiction of their "vision" for 2006 - I suppose the Dems' bumpersticker insult for 2008 will be largely determined by whatever fresh idiocy the party chooses to engage in at that time.

What do YOU think it will be?
