Democratic Socialism/Communism is the only solution to advanced automation & artificial intelligence.

/—-/ Take your Commie slave state agenda and shove it.
It’s ironic how you use technology created by Capitalist against us. The camera, editing tools, AI voice, computer, and social media you use to spread your misery were all created and maintained by capitalist.
You Communists aren’t able to create and innovate, all you can do is steal ideas and technology from others.

My "memes" are accompanied by plenty of content that I write. I don't just embed videos and pictures, I actually commit myself to a position and make claims that you or anyone else can challenge. You on the other hand, just fire a link at me and think you've "won" something or answered my question. You haven't. Let's try again..

How do you, as a capitalist, resolve the problem of advanced automation and artificial intelligence, eliminating wage-labor?
First of all you would have to PROVE that advanced automation, and artificial intelligence, WILL eliminate wage labor. You have failed to do so. Your fear, or some rich guys supposition isn't proof. And history is on the side of working, regardless of tech advances.

It's eliminating wages right now. I don't have to "prove" that it will, it already is. More, I don't even have to provide a thorough description of AI's present capabilities and what smart-robots are capable of, but I have anyways. In previous posts, I've embeded videos showing the capabilities of advanced automation and AI. So on what grounds do you deny this?

The evidence is right there in front of you. The problem is that you're suffering from cognitive dissonance, you just can't get yourself to admit the obvious. This technology is going to eliminate wages and when that happens, that's the end of capitalism. Society is forced by necessity to adopt a non-profit, marketless system of mass production (socialism/communism).

What a stupid response. Is that an argument? First of all why do you assume capitalism created that technology and not the public, through government funding and projects?

More, where the hell do you think all of the technology that led to the industrial revolution come from? Capitalists? It took centuries to develop the mathematics, engineering, and general knowledge, that was more than often funded by monarchs and even the Catholic Church through the Middle Ages. You're suffering from Dip-brain syndrome. You're forgetting to spit the dip in the cup when you chew it. It rots your brain.

People find other jobs. Always have. Always will...

Never in human history has production been fully automated by smart, autonomous machines as it is happening today. The process that results in full automation is currently unfolding.

The revolution in production that we're seeing today in the early 21st century is as impactful and historical, as the industrial revolution, which gave birth to capitalism. In this new revolution, socialism will prove to be the successor of capitalism. Why? Because without wages, there's no capitalism and this technology is eliminating wages. It does everything that a human does, hence no need for human wage labor = no capitalism = socialism by necessity.

Without wages, there are no jobs.

You're banking heavily on an outcome that is unlikely to occur. You better get some additional, and better selling points if you ever hope to win over converts. And win them over you must. After all... You claim it will be a voting issue.

/----/What a load of crap. The goverment saw the need for a smartphone, iPad, MAC, and iPod? That was one man, Steve Jobs.

You're just in denial, because not only is advanced automation already taking jobs, but the technology is rapidly advancing and all of the experts, including the billionaires that you idolize, agree with me, not you. You're like an ostrich, with your head buried in the sand.

All of that technology was funded and even developed in government projects and labs, by government-paid scientists. Facts don't care about your feelings.

You claim... I'm in denial of nothing. Tech advances. BFD. It always has. And people have leveraged these advances to make money since forever. That isn't going to change. Neither is human nature. Only the laziest, least ambitious, and weakest will ever settle for being everyone's equal when it comes to wealth, and standard of living. How does your commie utopia plan on dealing with human ambition?

And the fact is the idea came from a man. And he pursued the idea in hopes of profit. Without incentive there is no innovation.

What evidence do you have that the scientists in those government projects and labs were thinking about making money? You're just pulling that out of your rear end.

Again, never has technology been available that can fully automate production as it can today, so your points are moot. With full or nearly full automation, there's no need for wage labor hence that's the end of capitalism. The facts don't care about your feelings.

The people in those labs weren't doing it for charity. Nor did they conjure up the idea, pitch the idea, and close the deal to see the idea through. One of us is pulling shit out of there rear end... And it ain't me.

Feel free to get back to us when that happens. I'll wait...

well, how much of a threat this really is in the first place would be a prudent Q to ask BS

~S~
So despite the fact that advanced automation and AI is at the moment taking many jobs and is rapidly advancing, you choose to ignore that? The replacement of human wage labor by smart robots and autonomous machines leads to one obvious place and that is production without profits or markets. You can believe whatever you want, but most of the experts and even the wealthiest capitalists, see the writing on the wall unless the government intervenes and bails them out with a UBI or UI. I see the UBI or UI as a ploy to artificially extent capitalism a few more decades.
