Democrat Senator Mark Kelly Faces Court-Martial After Department of War Launches Review of Allegations of Misconduct

Gee, I wonder why they could make such a video?

#1 As a signatory to the UN Charter (an international treaty), use of deadly force in international waters.

#2 Violation of the Posse Comitatus Act in attempting to use the military for civilian law enforcement.

WW
Given they were the ones that put out this video, doesn't it seem odd that your new heros couldn't name them? Are they just ignorant?

Correct. The 6 morons should have instead reminded us all not to run with scissors,
That would not have violated the UCMC, either, and the narcissistic blowhard might not have thrown a tantrum, but who can say.

Might.

Maybe

If

GASLIGHTING its all you have. Your party id PATHETIC.
If you believe that advising people not to follow any illegal orders they may receive is illegal, you are wrong.

The blowhard's hysterical tantrum wee-wee's up his cult, and that is unfortunate.

"Our laws are clear: you can refuse illegal orders."
Mark Kelly

I don't believe that the Trump toadies insisting that advising troops that they are not required to follow illegal orders, in compliance with the UCMC, is “seditious behavior, punishable by death!” if the convicted criminal had not thrown a tantrum and spewed such vile nonsense.

I hope they recognize that the narcissist's hysterics are part of yet another petty vendetta that will fizzle.

Look how quick you guys fall in line when the dictums come from the elites. Now it is "illegal orders". In fact, you most likely are a shill like TV personalities like Kimmell. Deep state operatives who are rewarded. Shed tears for drug dealers and nothing for a citizen maimed and killed in gruesome ways. And people buy into it. With those 6 people they should be put on a defective Boeing Starliner, launched into space with no way to return. A cheaper way would be the same with a New Sheppard suborbital launch. Just remove the parachute from the space craft. The rating will be massive.

Any, and all.

What examples are given to them in training of the military code?
We were given several examples based on court cases and hypotheticals based on court cases.

There was a soldier who refused a humiliating order, turned down an Article 15, and was court-martialled. I can't remember if he won his case or won on appeal. They taught us about the My Lia massacre in officer training.

None of them included "if Democrats are mad because Bad Orange Man won an election" None of them were about being ordered to be deployed and refusing for any reason.

That's because the people training us wanted us to follow the law and stay out of trouble. They were not political assholes who wanted us to get in trouble to help them score political points and who refused to give examples because they did not want to be accountable when we did.

Hyper-partisan tirades in defense of hyperbolic tantrums aside, Mark Kelly specifically noted that he was talking about "illegal orders."

His citing that provision of the Uniform Code of Military Justice is not “seditious behavior, punishable by death!”

Don't you realize that most decent, patriotic Americans don't buy the blowhard's hysterics?

To the point, do you actually believe that citing the UCMC's provision regarding "illegal orders" is “seditious behavior, punishable by death!”

Please try to respond directly and honestly.

We won't know until the investigation is complete. It will be important to learn their exact motives, especially were they deliberately attempting to undermine morale in hopes that soldiers would be misled into thinking that they have discretion in following orders.

There is no "UCMJ provision regarding 'illegal orders'" but I can understand why you might have been misled by the six into thinking there is. Their statement was intended to be misleading. The question is were they just politicians desiring to mislead voters, or was it more nefarious than that.

I'm hoping that when Captain (Retired) Mark Kelly realizes that prison may be in his future, he will cooperate in revealing the planning that went into their conspiracy.

But, who knows? It may turn out that they happened to be talking one day and said, "you know. I'll bet the service members of this great nation could use a reminder from the six of us that illegal orders are illegal. Let's make a video!"

Could be.

Many a Democrat believes that it is not illegal to illegally immigrate, so maybe they project their own ignorance on soldiers, sailors, marines, airmen and Coast Guardsmen.

So, what examples do you have of what those Congress Folk meant by "illegal orders."

Do you think that when the autopen president ordered his FBI agents to storm an ex-president's house and plant evidence in a sting operation, was that a legal order? And now it is found out that the Afghanistan shooter worked with the CIA, that maybe the shit for brain CIA fembot Slotholekin had winked to get some shit started. Time to bring her ass in, water board her, then have her executed for treason.
