Democrat Senator Mark Kelly Faces Court-Martial After Department of War Launches Review of Allegations of Misconduct

Doc7505

Having never served himself, having avoided service during RVN, and having a huge venal ego and vast ignorance, Trumpanyahu is not even aware he can give illegitimate orders.
So with that said, there never have been any 'illegitimate' orders and the Seditious Six are full of shit.

Had the Democrats not spent the last ten years ginning up any kind of prosecution they could against Trump AND his supporters, throwing everything against the wall and praying fervently that something would finally stick, I would say that of course you cannot prosecute a federal lawmaker for advising service people to follow the law.

But, I'm no lawyer, so if the Trump administrations legal advisers say this prosecution could work, why not?

It’s for potential illegal orders due the recent domestic deployments and illegal attacks on suspected drug boats.
That’s exactly why the dims released that statement, “potential” being the relevant word there. It’s a childishly transparent attempt to sow division in the troops being deployed by Trump to protect federal assets and employees in sanctuary cities.

If Trump wasn't a politician, he'd currently be serving time in a New York State Prison for felony business fraud...

and

Be undergoing trial in federal court for espionage.

But there ya go.

WW
If he wasn’t a politician, specifically a Republican one, the Dems would never have drummed up those ridiculous charges.

No -

Everyone involved said that they knew of no illegal order.

Just orders that hurt their feelers.
the key word is potential.

because federal judges have already ruled that domestic troop deployments, such as those in Los Angeles and Portland violated law.

Then on the high seas, the attacks on boats have violated UNCLOS, united nations convention law of the sea, and article 2(4) of UN charter on prohibition of the use of force, and international human rights law, and perhaps some environmental laws.

in light of all this, its an increased possibility of the troops themselves violating such laws.

Electing a man who caused the Jan 6 attacks shows you hate America
