To put it in a more practical way, yes, both sides increased turnout, but in terms of RAW VOTE PERCENTAGES, things didn't move that much. Hillary got 48% of the vote in 2016, Biden got 51% of the vote in 2020. Trump got 46% of the vote in 2016 and 47% of the vote in 2020.

Since 2000, the Democrat has gotten no less than 48% of the vote and no more than 53%. The Republican has gotten no less than 45% and no more than 51%, and the latter was in the middle of a war, when we never change presidents.

But, no, no, the American people loudly rejected the most failed president since Herbert Hoover (Or maybe James Buchanan) has to be voter fraud. There's just no other explanation.
