The worst nightmare of the Democratic Party has arrived. It is Democrat judges appointed by Barrack Obama and Joe Biden.
These judges have been issuing court orders to block President Trump's executive orders (89 since Jan. 20, 2025). There have been more blockages of EOs by these Democrat judges against Trump in just 2 months, than there were against Joe Biden over the course of 4 entire years.

It wasn't unexpected. Democrat Senate minority leader Chuck Schumer openly bragged that Democrats would use the courts to stop Trump "in his tracks". Since then, Democrat judges have been doing just that (at least temporarily & partially) with one court order after another, blocking Trump's actions.

The BIG problem for Democrats with this not-too-bright strategy is that as a contributing result of these blockages, simultaneously, the approval rate of the Democratic Party has plummeted from 41% in January 2025, to a dismal 27% right now.

It seems like every time another Democrat judge announces a court order to block a Trump action, the Democratic Party approval rate sinks another % point or two.

Democrats seem to forget that President Trump was re-elected just 2 months ago with a decisive win, sweeping all 7 battleground states + the popular vote as well, and we don't even know the full extent of his victory if the illegal alien vote were subtracted out. So with Democrat judges repeatedly acting to oppose Trump, they are also acting in opposition of 77.3 million of the American people, thereby sinking the Democrat approval rate, like a torpedoed battleship.

28 judges (count them in the link) have participated in this endeavour, possibly going to be rated as the dumbest political strategy in US history, since besides wrecking the Democratic Party, and the little bit of approval they had previously, few if any of these blockages are likely to remain intact, as appeals courts and the Supreme Court shoot them down, as has already occured in appeal cases.

The whole point of deporting them under the foreign enemies act is so they don’t have to submit anything in court.

So no, it’s not all documented. Furthermore, deportation is far different than being indefinitely incarcerated in El Salvador.
