I don't much care for Democrat appointed judges, but they don't matter one bit. Things are now entirely in Republicans hands and elections as always will depend on the self-interest of voters. If the Trump's policy leads to more American jobs and improved foreign trade balances the Republicans will do fine. However, if things go the other way and jobs are loss and inflation persist then people will give them the boot.
