Passed amendments to the US Constitution do not have to pass court reviews, Peach.

Enactment a Constitutional Amendment requires much more than passing the House.

Yes, house and senate then approved by 3/4 majority of state legislatures.

But my point is that the courts have no say whatsoever on Constitutional amendments.

Period.
