A conspiracy to declare orders unlawful based not upon law, but upon external pressure.

If a foreign agent was talking to a military member about how the US actions in the Middle East might be unlawful and that the military member must not obey this 'unlawful order' is a crime. If you've served, you know that it is.

Simply because it is a US Representative or Senator does not alter the fact that they conspiring with members of the military to decalre lawful orders as unlawful is also a crime.

Simply put, they don't want Trump deporting enemies of this nation and so they declare what Trump is doing as unlawful. Since the military is in direct support of these legal actions, it shows they are attempting to get the military to hesitate or outright become insubordinate.

It is not for Congress to tell the military how to behave. They barely behave legally themselves.

You can defend this all you want, it isn't like you have a good reputation here on this forum, and your ethics being in the shitter is not a surprise to anyone.

It will be interesting to see what the Pentagon investigation shows.

You know, I get real tired hearing this shit. Obama had between 64 and 116 civilian deaths in strikes outside of active war zones. Reports estimate that between 384 and 807 civilians were killed in Pakistan, Somalia, and Yemen alone under Obama. And the rest of your post is equally as suspect.

The insidious message had two major aspects: It was FACTUALLY correct, and it was intended to cause members of the Armed Forces to question their orders. There could be no other purpose.

Imagine handing out a flier to public school children telling them that Education majors in college have the lowest SAT scores of any college degree. It's factually true, but its purpose would be to foment disrespect and ridicule of teachers - put them on the defensive for no legitimate reason.

The recent communication is analogous to the infamous letter by the 51 national security professionals, stating that the Hunter Biden Laptop story had all the earmarks of Russian disinformation. It was factually true, but intended to mislead and create the false belief that the felonious activity documented on the laptop was somehow compromised, when it wasn't. And the signers of the letter knew it wasn't.
