Dem senator reveals the Seditious Six video had a "script", and wasn't the first version

I told you
ALL unlawful orders

Now your turn
What is unlawful about reminding soldiers they can refuse unlawful orders?
so you can't point to any unlawful orders, gotcha....cause there wasn't any. So what was the point of the video?

Nothing in and of itself, that's why these folks are under investigation to see if what they were doing was unlawful.

I don’t have to.
They were speaking generally

Why can’t you identify anything the Congressmen said that was unlawful?
Do they or do they not have the right to make a video?

Gotcha, they just randomly decided to remind soldiers what soldeirs are already aware of......gotcha, sure....

Why? Because the investigation isn't done yet, and I'm not the one conducting it. What is being investigated is if it was unlawful or not. See, in a free society that's what we do, we don't conclude there is a crime first, I know this is vastly different then what you believe and how things were done for the four years your cult was in charge, but it's really the normal process

Which is their right as citizen

What is not right is prosecuting someone for repeating the law

This isn't the "Trump, gotcha moment" you fantasize about.

Kelly looks like a blabbering jackass

Actually Trump threatening execution for free speech makes him a jackass
Trump abusing the judicial system makes him a jackass

This is VERY revealing. I love when dumb people go on CNN and get a little too comfortable knowing they're in friendly territory.

According to the senator, the Seditious Six video recorded by sad theater kids in the DemoKKKrat party came from a script, which was evidently passed around to a number of people before they found six idiots stupid enough to record it.

He also said he was "part of the first video", but not "the second one". Was there another version that didn't get released?

Who wrote the script? Who decided which fools would record it? Who's idea was this?

All questions the DOJ needs to find the answers to.

The FBI investigation will be very interesting.

You're too dumb to realize this, but it's important that the DOJ finds out who organized this insurrection. Obviously, now that we know there was a script, and that more than one video exists, the number of conspirators is likely far more than just the six idiots who went on camera.

OK Skippy

How does what they did meet the standard of insurrection?

You can show all you want that they planned a video
Without a crime of insurrection it does no good

15th post
They planned to make a video with Congress members who served reminding about UCMJ rules on unlawful orders

Why does it surprise you that they discussed what was to be in it?
Soldiers are already instructed that they are not required to follow illegal orders.

That's part of their basic training.

What difference does it make?
What the Congress members said about following unlawful orders was true.

Now, your turn
How is that sedition?
Well, it's slowly leaking out that these six and a few others have been talking with military members who are saying that they'll step up.

That is a violation of their oaths and a criminal conspiracy to destroy good order in the ranks.
