Only about 35 people died in the BLM riots, and most of them were killed by police or RW Vigilantes like Rittenhouse.

Those riots caused much more destruction than the only 35 lives lost you typed. Prog cities hurt themselves with self-inflicted wounds. We do not even hear anymore the Defund the Police agendas. And at some point, there will be denials it ever happened. Many private businesses were shut down with many leaving certain areas of the cities. The destruction of property and private businesses even made it worse. Inner city people now have to travel further to stores that took a long time to get near them in the first place.

If the unions stop pushing lefty agenda, and instead push worker's interests, getting rid of immigrants would greatly increase their leverage and open up possiblity of growth and relevance for them.
