No, it's how the democrats spin it, it's the fact that he can't walk, can't talk and is basically a vegetable. Many people his age don't just fall off bikes, or fall down while walking, can't complete a thought or a sentence, you know stuff we would like the President to be able to do.

Former Saturday Night Live cast member Dana Carvey made an appearance on Saturday Night Live last night to take a pot shot at senile US President Joe Biden.

After years of ignoring the obvious the cast of Saturday Night Live were given the green light from their overlords to mock Old Joe’s obvious dementia.
Old Joe’s bumbling and mumbling was labeled “deep fakes” just two months ago – Today it’s fodder for Saturday Night Live. It’s amazing how quickly things change.
Carvey, playing Biden, perfectly portrayed his shuffling and mumbling for the SNL audience who suddenly believe this is funny stuff.

Commentary:
Though the Democrat Beo-Marxist Left' knew all along that Biden was an demented puppet they continued in their quest to destroy America.
They are plugging and exp;oiting it now to justify the Democrats implosion and installing Kamala against the will of the people.
The scary part is...... the real Jabidae and side kick Kamaltoe Harris are far worse than Carvey's satirical portrayal. We knew this four years ago. and suffered for it the passed three years.
Indeed, it's funny but too serious when when we hear it in context of Carvey's portrayal.
It's much better than Alec Baldwin's satirical portrayal of DJT...
OTOH, In another skit, the audience laughed and comedians poked fun at the assassination attempts on TRUMP,fogetting about Cpry Campertore's family and the others wounded when laughing about the fact that one failed assassination attempt killed one and wounded two including the president....
