There was nothing illegal about what he did. He can state that his administration would not pursue deportation of those who were brought here as kids.

The fact is that there is another ruling that allows DACA. This is a corrupt judge whose ruling flies in the face of Supreme Court precedent. They have ruled that Presidents have great authority in deciding who gets deported. The courts allowed Trump to create law on immigration without passing legislation.
