What's your favorite cheese? I like extra-sharp cheddar. Let's hear from all of you rats out there.
 
Merican for sandwitches and such, it also melts nice for nachoes and such.

For nibbling, Smoked Gouda.

Feta is great!

It seems a lot of people like it but it turns my stomach ... maybe I don't like Greek goats?? I don't particularly care for Greek men - at least I wouldn't want to be married to one. :tongue:
 
Store brand individually wrapped singles slices.
 
Brie, preferably with some sliced tomatoes and basil. Yum.

Best thing about France - Oh. My. God. Those guys can make amazing cheese.

Actually, so can the Brits.

A better question for me would be what cheese don't I like: Camembert, Limburger, and Velveeta (although this is not technically a cheese).
