Cutting the cheese...

I am so craving gnocchi with gorgonzola sauce right now.
 
I like to slice four squares of this, place them over a slice of bread, broil till melted, and top with sliced jalapenos.

I love almost any cheese with red grapes, or cheese all by itself, IMO, it is better cold
 
I highly recommend Havarti with Dill and a sliced Pink Lady apple. You'll love it!
