Why is Ted Cruz about the only GOP senator talking about Obamas trampling of the constitution by undermining the separation of powers and refusing to enforce the laws of the country he doesn't like?

Could it be because they are almost all cowards who all caved on the government closing and yielded the right to defund budget items they don't like, as the Constitution says they have?

Could it be that the RINOs that run things in DC for the GOP don't give a shit about the Constitution as long as they can keep the tax payer funded gravy train on schedule?

I think we all know that you fascists love Obama and regard all his opposition as terrorists.

That is why you commie loving sycophantic idiotlogues have set world record of mass slaughter that even Genghis Khan would envy, from the Jacobins, to Lenin, to Stalin to Mao and Pol Pot, not a single one of you have respect for anything but power whether get it from votes or bullets.

While not all conservatives are authoritarians; all highly authoritarian personalities are political conservatives.

What Mao Zedong said about liberalism

"Liberalism is extremely harmful in a revolutionary collective. It is a corrosive which eats away unity, undermines cohesion, causes apathy and creates dissension.

It robs the revolutionary ranks of compact organization and strict discipline, prevents policies from being carried through and alienates the Party organizations from the masses which the Party leads.

The constitution the ability to tax. Fact...

We need to fund science, infrastructure and development. Not to do so is idiotic.
A very small fraction of the governments budget goes to paying for scientific research. So the issues surrounding the budget fiasco are kind of a much bigger level of problems than that.

Things like abuse of welfare/medicare/Medicaid the use of expensive weaponry to kill sheep herding tribal riflemen, the corporate-crony welfare, the Wall Street banks looting our federal reserve, etc, these are exponentially larger by a few digits.

Texas Republican Congressman Pete Sessions compares GOP strategy to Taliban insurgency

"Insurgency, we understand perhaps a little bit more because of the Taliban, and that is that they went about systematically understanding how to disrupt and change a person's entire processes. And these Taliban -- I'm not trying to say the Republican Party is the Taliban. No, that's not what we're saying. I'm saying an example of how you go about [sic] is to change a person from their messaging to their operations to their frontline message. And we need to understand that insurgency may be required when the other side, the House leadership, does not follow the same commands, which we entered the game with."

Same word used with different meanings in different contexts, and you knowthat, you fascist liar.

In Mao's context liberals meant people who want freedom of speech, honest government and individual freedom. Todays Identity Politics driven libtards want none of that and they rarely if ever criticize Mao or Stalin. The libtards do one Hollywierd film after another on the Nazis, but rarely a bad guy that's a commie.

Now why's that? Because they admire them.

Herein lies your problem...

Socialism is liberal. More people (preferably everyone) have some say in how the economy works. Democracy is liberal. More people (preferably everyone) have some say in how the government works. "Democracy," said Marx, "is the road to socialism." He was wrong about how economics and politics interact, but he did see their similar underpinnings.

Communism is conservative. Fewer and fewer people (preferably just the Party Secretary) have any say in how the economy works. Republicans are conservative. Fewer and fewer people (preferably just people controlling the Party figurehead) have any say in how the government works. The conservatives in the US are in the same position as the communists in the 30s, and for the same reason: Their revolutions failed spectacularly but they refuse to admit what went wrong.

A common mistake is to confuse Socialism, the economic system, with Communism, the political system. Communists are "socialist" in the same way that Republicans are "compassionate conservatives". That is, they give lip service to ideals they have no intention of practicing.

More semantic obfuscation from you.

Socialism and communism are joined at the hip ever since Marx and Engels hijacked the international workers movements in the 19th century.

And liberals were at one time opposed to growing government, not in support of it, and when Mao wrote about liberals, he was talking about the liberals in China who were very supportive of freedom of speech and a restricted government, which libtards like you have no respect for unless its some degenerate trying to get government funding or pushing more things damaging to our society. You have no respect for freedom of people opposed to you nor concern about a President that is destroying the balance of power in our federal government.

That is because the far left is moving back toward fascism which has been leftwing from the time Mussolini split off from the commies in Milan.

But you probably know all this already; you're just a fucking liar.

Actually, communism and conservatism are joined at the hip. There is no difference between communist policies on government brutality, environmental protection and human & minority rights and conservative policies on government brutality, environmental protection and human & minority rights. They are IDENTICAL.

As a matter of FACT, the soviet Union had their own tea party movement in the late 1980's.

A Tea Party of Stalinists

When the ‘tea partiers’ say “we want our country back”, what do they mean by ‘our’?

What polls show us about the ‘tea party’ is that they are a fringe group diametrically opposed to mainstream America. Among all Americans, George W. Bush has a 27/58 positive/negative favorable rating. Among the ‘tea party’ he's viewed favorably, 57/27. An almost perfect diametrical difference.

Is there any precedent in history of today’s the ‘tea party’?

The answer is YES…a parallel to the 'Tea Party" occurred in Russia in the late 1980's. Russian conservatives, the Stalinists, wanted 'their' country back. It was an alliance including xenophobic fringe groups and nationalists who yearned for what they saw as the simple values of Old Russia and the Orthodox church.

And like today’s ‘tea partiers’, they wanted their authoritarian government back.

Soviet Conservatives Try to Turn Back the Clock on Gorbachev's Policies

MOSCOW, Feb. 26— Russian conservatives, uneasy with the liberalization of Soviet society under Mikhail S. Gorbachev, have seized on the country's experiment in more democratic elections as a chance to fight for a return to more authoritarian ways.

While many candidates and voters say they view the elections to the new Congress of Deputies as a way to further the candor and freedoms allowed by the Soviet leader, conservatives in this city and around the country were boasting last week that they had already succeeded in blocking the nomination of several prominent people regarded as liberals.

A Disparate Alliance

The conservatives are a disparate alliance, including xenophobic fringe groups, like Pamyat, as well as large numbers of less extreme nationalists who yearn for what they see as the simple values of Old Russia and the Orthodox church.

At election rallies where speakers call out against the influence of ''Zionist forces,'' and in campaign leaflets decrying ''liberal yellow journalists,'' representatives of politically conservative organizations are trying to draft voters and candidates to establish a foothold within the Government.

'I Am a Stalinist'

''We brought our case to the people, and the outcome speaks for us,'' said Mr. Zherbin, whose group regards the liberalization of Soviet society as a conspiracy by Jews, Masons and Westernizers.

Prominent among the speeches and the placards at conservative political gatherings is support for Pamyat (Russian for ''memory''), which has been repeatedly criticized in the Soviet press for anti-Semitism.

Kira A. Korneyenkova was at the rally last Sunday outside the Ostankino Television Center, and she joined several hundred other people in enthusiastic cheers as speaker after speaker called for a fight against ''liberal, Zionist forces'' that seek to control Soviet society.

''I am a Stalinist,'' the 53-year-old schoolteacher said proudly, ''and I think our so-called glasnost has divided our nation. It is our duty to fight against such elements.''
