CPS gone RABID on children in California

All across the State of California, children are being 'kidnapped' by CPS under false pretenses. When a CPS worker can make it to the adoption stage with a child - The county can receive as much as 500,000 in Federal Kickback funds and the Worker can achieve as much as $10,000 in bonuses. Since the State has "endless" prosecution funds and the target is generally poor - It becomes and impossibility for the parent(s) to fight the system.

Needless to say, the mental state of parents after having their children taken from them, puts them at a severe disadvantage in life and work from that point on. Many lose their jobs, end up under psychological care and worse.

In my case:
We had a beautiful baby on May 4th, 2009. Only to have her RIPPED from MY ARMS on Mothers Day, May 10th.

She has been kidnapped by the State
