Health workers are tested daily, and can not spread any infection without first testing positive.
So it is absolutely impossible for any health worker, vaccinated or unvaccinated, causing covid outbreaks.
There is zero threat of spread from unvaccinated health care workers, and in fact, the risk from vaccinated health care workers is identical.
