the conservative majority supreme court will rule on this quickly and they may even put a pause on the leftist courts ruling until the SC rules in favor of the the voters who voted for the Trump admin .. all the left is doing is providing encouragement to countries that want to keep practicing unfair trade with the US ..treason !

Sadly, millions of Americans will suffer financially if SCOTUS ignores the Constitution, but that might be required in order to end this Trump nightmare once and for all.

Again, he must show that every country in the world is using unfair trade practices against the United States for him to be able to impose tariffs. That's what Section 301 requires.

Such as if a country is "dumping" steel, you can't tariff agricultural goods.
You tariff the item being dumped in put the reins on it.

Actually congress can only cede something to another branch under exacting and limited conditions. They can't do a broad transfer, because congress can't transfer constitutional powers. They can only tailor narrow use by another branch.
