I did.

All Trump needs to do is move most of his tariffs under Section 301 of the Trade Act of 1974.

That eliminates the substance of this ruling.

Then you misunderstood the substance of the ruling.

Congress cannot delegate its powers to the president without placing limitations on how they may use it.

Again, he must show that every country in the world is using unfair trade practices against the United States for him to be able to impose tariffs. That's what Section 301 requires.
Plus the reaction to unfair trade practices has to be specific.

Such as if a country is "dumping" steel, you can't tariff agricultural goods.
You tariff the item being dumped in put the reins on it.

Trump lost. The tariffs are done. Deal with it.
Nope. They still remain in effect.

If I recall, the ruling only addressed his usage of the IEEPA.

Shifting the tariffs to Section 301 of the Trade Act of 1974 makes the ruling moot.

Actually, I was against the tariffs, if anyone here cared to remember. But they began bearing fruit, since countries came running to negotiate.

What I'm against is these courts thinking they have the authority to do what they're doing.
Those tariffs didn't bear any fruit. Be very glad the courts shut this down.

well see about that ! though you are applauding the leftist judiciary trying to override the power of the POTUS elected by the people the SC will be ruling on this very very quickly in an emergency fast tracked appeal .. commie ! WE the people elected the POTUS to carry out what he ran on !
No. You elected a legislature to carry out tax and tariff policy not the president. He has no say other than sign or veto.

You have been told that isn't the case.

Read the ruling. Not only are the tariffs ended, they are ended retroactively. So not only do they have to immediately stop, but they have to refund the tariffs previously collected.

And that is called legislating from the bench.

Everyone clear now on Democrats being the #1 enemy of the American worker? Other countries tariff the shit out of the U.S. stealing U.S. jobs and entire industries and asshole Dem traitors do everything in their power to prevent Trump from fighting for American workers.
