That is idiotic. What, are you living in the twilight zone?

That laws protest? WTF does that mean? You are an idiot.

Drug, gun and sex laws protect everyone.

He should be prosecuted for that too. The entire Biden family should be prosecuted as traitors.

The word "protest" was a typo or AI change.
What I meant was "protect".
Governments have no legal authority of their own, and only borrow the delegated authority from those they protect.
So you can't legally have laws that dictate instead of protecting, like laws against drugs, prostitution, alcohol, defensive guns, etc.
Drug, gun, and sex laws protect no one.
Whether drugs, guns, or sex are a good idea or not, since they do not harm others, there is no legal basis to make laws about then, except for those underage.

Trying to prosecute those the majority elected, is against the republic and essentially is treason.

Whether drugs, guns, or sex are a good idea or not, since they do not harm others,

Drugs do no harm to others? Up to 100,000 are dying every year from illegal chinese fentanyl.

Sex does no harm to others? Have you checked the number of sexually-transmitted diseases?

Guns do no harm to others? Then why is America considered the murder capitol of the world due to gun deaths?

No need to answer, the conversation has fallen into stupidity.

The insubordination is by the lower courts, interfering with the president's constitutional authority.
If a president ignored the USSC he would be impeached and removed.
That is how the "checks and balances" are supposed to work.

Insubordination? So you think the courts should be subordinate to the President? Interesting. I guess we know the alternative type of government you really desire.

You should ask yourself what these circuit court judges are actually in charge of.

It isn't a matter of subordination at all, Duke, this is just more leftist disinformation. The President and a district judge are two people meant for two totally different jobs. The President is elected thru popular vote to represent the entire nation, be its commander in chief; a district judge is assigned to operate within a finite district in a state somewhere over local matters to lessen the total number of cases reaching the Supreme Court.

So, like I said, it was never a matter of the courts being subordinate to the President, the Constitution defines A COURT to balance, limit and interpret the Executive Officer's actions--- the Supreme Court. It takes at least five Supreme Justices to rule on the Executive Officer, it takes hundreds of Representatives or dozens of Senators to take on the Executive, but the great lie now trying to be passed off now by the far left is that if just ONE district court judge (out of 670) sees any national issue different from a president, that the president is subordinate to HIM.

IN ALL OTHER ISSUES OF LAW, the scope of their power is limited to their district, but when it comes to the President (Well, at least when it is Trump), their power suddenly becomes universal, national, absolute, and equal to if not above that of even a Supreme Court Justice.

In effect, the most powerful man in the world carrying the nuclear codes and with the power to decide king's lives now lives at the pleasure and subordination of nearly 700 little courts which oversee if Trump's toothbrush is dirty, and if just one of them sees a problem they don't agree with on any action of the president, they can throw a flag and call: 'TIME OUT MR. PRESIDENT.'

I

DON'T

THINK

SO

As Steve Miller said on CNN, the president has constitutional authority.

Tyrants in black robes do not have constitutional authority, as the poll above supports.

Only the USSC is co-equal to the president.

District rulings should only apply in that district until the USSC rules, to be strictly constitutional.

What my political affiliation says about Trump's tariffs....

the courts have ruled against the POTUS on the border , immigration , trade , tariffs , fed funding ,and much more .. we no longer live in a country with government elected by the people for the people .. we now live under a leftist judicial dictatorship .. our vote no longer matters ..
It's just that darned old checks and balances thingy.

Steven Miller's job is to have his mouth attached to Trump's butthole 24/7. He will literally say or do anything for Trump no matter how ridiculous.

This is what all autocrats and those who support them will say 10/10 times.

You mean like the MSM and "free press" did for Joe Biden?

WRONG! The court system has equal standing with the SO CALLED president. You really want a frigin King, don't you?

I'm not angry at all....tariffs or no tariffs, this ends badly for Trump.

And don't be surprised if Roberts and Barrett side with the 3 liberal justices on this. The Constitution is clear -- Congress controls tariffs.

Why would the Founding Fathers allow one deranged despot president like Trump to make disastrous economic policy for the whole country?

Just for some clarity, one is a Reagan appointee, another is a Trump appointee and the last is appointed by Obama. I wonder what the rationalization will be when they attempt to spin this as a radical left judiciary who hates Trump.

If only that was the case, Magats would love it.

Wrong. Only the US Supreme Court has the Constitutional power co-equal to the president.
After Biden's open borders, shove that "King" comment up your ass.
