Your link says 6500 civilians killed. That number seems low considering what the USG controlled media has reported. While they’ve not reported a number that I’ve seen, they’ve reported on supposed Russian atrocities committed against civilians. They never report Ukrainian atrocities.

The High Commission for Human Rights estimate is undoubtably low, and I suspect it doesn't factor in any civilian deaths resulting from human shield situations? We'll probably have to wait 40-50 years before the war crime details on all sides are revealed (maybe longer to find out who blew-up Nord Stream)
