Cooper Flagg- Let This Young Man Play!

Duke got ROBBED!

OMG what a horrible call on Flagg!

The refs totally changed the game with no calls on Houston in the final 10 minutes.

The worse no call happened when Sion James was fouled with 9:20 remaining.

They reviewed the play for possible flagrant foul.

The result......"incidental contact".

Probably a lot of CBS executives want that ref fired, a Duke/Florida matchup would really bring in the viewers, Houston/Florida.....not as much.

I guess that is one good thing that came from it, keep money out of CBS' pocket.

I thought that was just a hard foul perhaps? Guy tried to sell it? But you're right, it was an NBA foul.

HOU is grown men compared to DUKE 18 -20 yr olds. DUKE beat up 40 min? Tired? Did not score much late. HOU 11-1 over last minute? A miracle.

I am worried for HOU to overcome FLA tonight? FLA may be better prepared than DUKE? Better team overall?

HOU can't score with them? FLA better coaching than DUKE? Gulp. Would never say that over decades of coach K.

I Firmly believe DUKE was given many calls in past early round Thurs FRI games probably two titles they should not have? But that's what they used to do for big market teams. Power 5 my butt!

One thing about Houston/Duke is that Duke was blowing everyone out. They almost always won by at least 10 points, they were not seasoned in close games like Houston was, but two things are for sure: Duke was outscored 11-1 to close the game, and the shot Flagg took at the end was not a good shot, he should have drove to the rim and could have won it at the line.

The two big white guys for Florida almost cost them the game against Auburn, especially Condon. Neither could do anything in the paint, Condon did almost nothing at all and Haugh had to shoot from outside.

Those two have to play better tonight or Houston wins. Florida is a deeper team, they have a deeper bench.

Bruce Pearl lucky DUKE HOU had juice to push AUB blowing 8pt halftime lead off the tabloids

He showed that he was a freshman. But his stat line was outrageous.

Houston is in great shape. They can come at you for the full 40. I watched a lot of their games. It's going t be a tough game for both teams.

HOU could be up by 10-20, but they got caught up playing FLA style too much perhaps?

Whenever FLA is left open, they are scoring good percentage. When HOU challenges them....not much.

HOU getting so many rebounds and loose rebounds, but It ain't over till it's over.

I have no idea who can win thus? Looks like HOU easily at times. Like Odanny implied above, the FLA bigs maybe aren't good enough?

What a great final game it is! Wow!

Funniest thing I've heard this morning on the Sports talk shows is Cooper Flagg's NBA stock has gone down with the Duke loss. He scored 27 and his potential game winner

I think Cooper's legs were shot at the end of the game. He scored 27 but Houston wore him out. There was no lift in his legs on that short shot, it was almost an air ball.

These big white guys for Florida are killing Florida again, Condon is afraid to shoot and has turned it over how many times? He has had a few dunks though. The other 2 white guys are getting punked when driving to the rim.

OK, Walter Jr., you have been skunked, you are better than this, time to show up and show out. Also need Alijah to join you, you guys will turn this game back to Florida now.

Houston's defense is supreme. They do what they are doing to Florida to everyone.

Pretty sad ending for poor Kelvin Sampson. He had is team ready. They screwed around too much first half. Then let a nicely earned 12pt 2nd half lead melt away 2nd half. UGH! Drive and crash boards or get to line on that last 19sec play quicker!

FLA is equally good overall (well coached) and did enough to win. FLA did similar to AUB. They earn wins.

Tried to sell it?

He was hit so hard he didn't/couldn't land on his feet.

Landed on his back side instead, and hitting his head on the floor.

Yes, it was a blatant foul (right in front of a ref) that wasn't called.

Yeah. I remember now. Forgot about the head hitting the floor. And landing on the tailbone hurts too.

I'm watching the basketball game. All year I've heard about Cooper Flagg. The young man is a great player and has a bright future. But I am going to say this to you right wing whites:

Let this young man play basketball without making him the saviour of the white race in sports. If he has a 30-point game in the NBA don't start making him greater than Jordan. White racists have messed up some real good athletes trying to make them into white hopes. You ruined Jerry Cooney, pushing him into a title fight way too early, and you're trying to mess up Caitlyn Clark. Let them play and STFU, because they didn't ask to be the saviours of whiteness.

Stop being stupid, we love Clark. You're pissed she is showing the Darkies.
