An indictment is nothing more than an accusation. People are accused every day, not all are guilty, as is the case here.
Just illustrates your mad hypocrisy.
Thanks for accepting the inevitable outcome. They are in the process of being ended by the prosecutors.
No, the accusation comes first and then you must provide enough evidence and witness testimony to move to an indictment. That is when a grand jury will decide if that evidence is enough to prove you're guilt. Fact 1: Trump stole top secret classified documents, including nuclear secrets. Fact 2: Trump refused to return documents even when asked to, and was served a subpeona on May 2022, then was paid a visit by the FBI on June 2022, where Trump and his lawyers gave them some classified documents and certified that they returned ALL classified documents. Fact #3, In August of 2022, the FBI raided Mar a Lago and retrieved over 300 classified documents. It was later revealed after that visit, Trump had employees move those classified boxes to another location before the raid.
In most cases, when someone prominent does #1, nothing will happen to them. Look at Pence and Biden as examples. Trump was still in the clear after #2 if he had simply handed over everything he had, but certifying that you returned all classified documents while still keeping the vast majority of it? That is a clear felony under the law. Trump would have been tried and convicted. The only question would have been his punishment.
If Clinton was still president I would want his 10 year close friendship with Epstein investigated fully. Oh wait, that was Trump, not Clinton. What you're saying about Bill is what you would call an accusation. Without evidence and testimony however, it's just nothing more than the rantings and ravings of a conspiracy theorist. With evidence is how you get an indictment, which is what happened to Trump 3 times this year.
I have no choice but to accept that there are two sets of laws in this country, one for the rich and powerful and one for the weak and powerless. My question to you is, why are you so eager to support corruption like this?
