If that article was more recent, then it would probably list a lot of Biden's pardons as "aberrant."The rather small control on pardon's, that the prez follow the recommendation of the pardon committee, has entirely been ignored by the Orange Menace.
Trump’s Aberrant Pardons and Commutations
Trump’s Aberrant Pardons and Commutations
The Stone commutation fits a pattern of abuse: Almost all of the beneficiaries of Trump’s pardons and commutations have had a personal or political connection towww.lawfaremedia.org
And those defending the trials typically ignore the bias of the judges or the juries. That's simply a trumple's way of rationalizing Dotard's indictments. It conveniently ignores the evidence presented to the grand juries.
Sure, a prosecutor's job isn't to focus on the probability of a pardon, but they surely knew it was likely for the president to pardon his son. A lot of the machinations of our government are for show in general, like making an example out of J6 protesters while not doing the same to the left wing rioters in DC around May of 2020.Nope, that’s a deflection because you can’t deny that Bidens in fact received plenty of legal scrutiny.
Prosecutors dully looked at the criminal complaints against Biden’s son investigated, found that there was evidence to convict on gun and tax evasion, proceeded to prosecute and convict.
Their job was not muse about whether or not President elects to pardon someone.
These baseless stories about how Trump is some sort of victim of selective prosecution is nothing but rationalizations for the simple, obvious fact that his many legal problems stem from his many violations of the law.
Trump is no victim, he is a pathological liar and a criminal who doesn’t care about breaking laws to get his way.
No one knew that - Biden previously stated he had no intentions to pardon his son.Sure, a prosecutor's job isn't to focus on the probability of a pardon, but they surely knew it was likely for the president to pardon his son.
And only complete imbeciles, like you, believed that he would ever honor that “promise.”No one knew that, for starters because Biden previously pledged he had no intentions to pardon his son.
Again, I don't see much of a difference here. Trump's approach is just more straightforward. I guess Biden pretended to care about procedure, but it ultimately didn't matter. No one knew that - Biden previously stated he had no intentions to pardon his son.
More importantly IT DID NOT MATTER to their job either way. They did their job without any inapropriate interference from administration.
You can compare that to Adam's charges being dropped because Trump wants political deliverables from him and 7 prosecutors, including Trump's own apointee, quiting in protest of such corruption.
