Everyone has a unique referral ID. If you click on the top right where it says "FAQ", then in the section section under GENERAL BOARD USAGE click on "WHAT ARE REFERRALS" and it will explain referrals and give you your unique URL.

Spamming is frowned upon

But should you decide to share this page with anyone you'll receive credit for it. The visitor doesn't need to join, just click on your link.
