Reagan was busy rebuilding the USA military that Carter had defunded and demolished to advance the Leftist socialist agendas, as well as funding the war in Afghanistan against the Soviets. Considering the result was the collapse of the USSR and end of decades old Cold War, we got our money's worth.

Meanwhile, the tab wasn't that great if you compare to the creeping inflation from previous admins. and the higher deficits of those that followed.

You continue to come across as one whom never had to deal with a P&L ledger.

With P&L I was referring more to investing in and operating a business youself, say retail, manufacture, etc. where you have an actual make or break personal investment and involvement. A payroll to meet, bills to pay, etc.
