Russia-linked hackers tried to access Hillary Clinton's private email Like I said last week, this is the biggest spy case in the history of the USA. It is likely that Brian Pagliano knew all of this, and as such he needed to plead the fifth to protect himself from aiding the enemy, because by law he had to report what Hillary was doing and he knew it.
