You smarmily lied? It's your signature.So I didn't lie?
You mean except for the ones he talks about on the recordings? The box count was about 150.
Each box can hold over 100 docs easily.
That is a total of 15,000 docs.
So they found 71 that were classified.
What are the odds that Trump even knew there were any classified docs in the mix?
No, he planned a cover up.And unlike Nixon, Trump did not plan a break in to illegally commit a crime.
You don't know that. Some of those classified documents may have been taken or copied and ended up who knows where.Trump did nothing remotely wrong and harmed no one.
Total fantasy. Those 71 classified docs were safer at Mar-a-Lago than at the White House, where unpaid interns conduct hourly public tours.
Apologises, missed amongst the alerts I get. The two "fake news" tags sums up your answer. I have to agree with them. Here was the reply, it was in the next post, #8.
You don't agree with the indictment or with me? Certainly the indictment is a fact and can't be easily dismissed.Apologises, missed amongst the alerts I get. The two "fake news" tags sums up your answer. I have to agree with them.

can you name one other president that was asked??1. Tump is the favorite to take the GOP and then favored to lose by 7-9% to Biden.
2. Every other President gave back documents when asked. They did not lie, obstruct, or move them around.
If you're a lefty, I will disagree with you because I'm not into communist policies. You don't agree with the indictment or with me? Certainly the indictment is a fact and can't be easily dismissed.
Clinton and his personal biographer/historian met often in the oval office and taped their own conversations for his book.So the crime on the books, per the law, is not having classified information, but keeping them when asked. Hiding tapes in drawers is not classed as hiding
Any chance of linking your bizarre post to a specific part of the law?
Clinton preyed on an intern in the workplace, cheated on his wife, lied to the American people and disgraced the office.Clinton and his personal biographer/historian met often in the oval office and taped their own conversations for his book.
"The Presidential Records Act of 1978 established that all presidential records are owned by the public and automatically transfer into the custody of the National Archives".But "presidential records" are things that record or reflect things done BY a president, and do NOT at all include the copies of classified docs sent TO a president for weekly cabinet briefings.
And NARA and PRA are satisfied with copies, not necessary originals, nor do they preclude presidents retaining their own personal copies for memoirs, etc.
Presidential libraries are part of the National Archives, but that does not mean they own the contents.
No, they don't.The ex-president retains full ownership rights, and dictates everything about the library, such as where it will be even.
I lean left but I'm into capitalism, socialism, and communism. There is some of each in the US and the UK. Labels are scary and simplistic and generally wrong. If you're a lefty, I will disagree with you because I'm not into communist policies.
Being in the UK I can understand clarity on US politics may be hard to find but I assure you, no other politicians here have committed the same offense as trump. With Trump (bear in mind I'm British in the UK), I just observe America has charged Trump where many politicians have committed the same offence. I believe you need to find a difference, so obviously Trump was wearing the wrong coloured underpants to the others.
I think we disagree on which side is to blame for the sorry state of the US.With this blatant one sided politics going on in America, I'm surprised a civil wat hasn't kicked off with the Right shooting the Lefties off the face of the earth because America is so fucked up right now ( unless you're a communist American Lefty).
That is why it is called a cult."Mishandled". Holy crap.
These folks just refuse to read the indictment. Or, they have, and they're lying. Or, they have, and they think it's fake news.
That's okay. Jack Smith has the goods, provided by Trump's own people.
They absolutely do…and no ex-president is allowed to retain classified material. Copies are just as classified as originals. But "presidential records" are things that record or reflect things done BY a president, and do NOT at all include the copies of classified docs sent TO a president for weekly cabinet briefings.
None of this applies to classified material. And NARA and PRA are satisfied with copies, not necessary originals, nor do they preclude presidents retaining their own personal copies for memoirs, etc.

They had security clearance.Wrong.
You seem to forget that Hillary, Joe Biden, and Mike Pence were not presidents when they illegally stole classified documents and hid them for years.
They had no security clearance and were not even supposed to have any classified docs at all.
Their crimes are about a gazillion times worse than Trump, who was legally authorized to have all the classified docs he wanted.
I went a LONG time - about 3 years into this -- before calling this a cult, but you outline it perfectly. That is why it is called a cult.
1. A charismatic …leader, who has no meaningful accountability …
And…
Persecution complex
Us against them mentality. Therefore, when someone (inside or outside of the group) corrects the group in doctrine and/or behavior, it is interpreted as persecution, which then is interpreted as validation.
Cognitive Dissonance
Also worth noting…
- Avoidance of critical thinking and/or maintaining logically impossible beliefs and/or beliefs that are inconsistent with other beliefs held by the group.
- Avoidance of and/or denial of any facts that might contradict the group’s belief system.
This view can harden even further to, “Outsiders are evil, we are right!” Everything is seen in black and white. No successful cult ever proclaimed, “Maybe we're wrong!”
Once outsiders are declared to be evil, it is a simple step to legitimise rationally whatever needs to be done to destroy or 'save' them.
They throw up examples of how their leader is being uniquely persecuted by ignoring the facts. This OP is a case in point. It is kind of like saying the actions of a guy who who accidently bumped someone in a crowd is the same as the who deliberately shoved someone into the train.
And they really see it that way.
The indictment isn't fake news."Mishandled". Holy crap.
