I've seen it suggested and I think it's probably a good idea, that Comey should invoke speedy trial rights and get a trial started as soon as possible. The law states 70 days after a plea is entered.

Don't bother with trying to dismiss based on malicious prosecution. Just look at the evidence and if it's as weak as we are all think it is, push for a trial ASAP.

The Trump DoJ is barely functioning and their criminal division has had serious attrition for anyone with any institutional knowledge. The prosecution could just totally crumble.
