In return for his agreeing to obey the law, Comey will be given a copy of the classified transcript of the closed-door interview. (That is, if he has some legal, secure place to store / keep it, unlike what Hillary did with her classified).

After the closed-door interview Grassly ought to tell Comey the House Intel Committee decided to take a page from the FBI's Hillary investigation / interview with Hillary and decided not to record his interview or make any transcripts.
