The conspiracy involves the government refusing to acknowledge that the kids were intentionally doped up on behavior modification drugs. The media as usual didn't seem terribly curious about how those drugs affect adolescents differently. I wouldn't be surprised if the theater shooter the Tuscon assassin, and the kindergarten shooter were raised on behavior modification drugs also.
