It could have been answered 16 years ago when Pakistan first successful test of a sophisticated, compact, but "powerful plutonium bomb" designed to be carried by aircraft, vessels, and missiles. I take it you see no connection between US troops and the Pakistani 100+ nuclear warheads ?
