As a swing voter in a swing state, I would vote for Obama again, as long as he was nowhere near a 60 seat senate majority. Divided government has done so many good things for this country. The more politicians stress out fighting each other, the better off the rest of us will be.

Here is the problem, Little Lefty.... he had a super majority, meaning he did not need any republican votes to get his bills past. Yet he failed to pass healthcare and blamed the republicans for that. Now, he's got mid term elections coming up and there is a strong possibility that he is going to lose a hefty chunk of seats. He'll be lucky to hold a majority at all. Therefore, his next three years are screwed. See how that works?

You got one thing right - he is not what most of the people who voted for him wanted. He won on an 'anyone but a Republican' vote. That was not a mandate to move the country towards socialism. Because the media didn't do any honest critical examination of his policies and the issues, most Americans did not really know who they were voting for. Now they do.
