Poll shows Democrats have the edge ahead of midterm elections for Congress

They had the same denial in 2018, despite all the polling showing they were going to get destroyed. I remember some of them actually claiming they were going to gain seats. It's incredible how these people never learn.
President Cankles did win.

No she didn't, dumbass. That's beyond stupid

Hardly surprising. It will be another 2018 and MAGA will pretend to be shocked and they never saw this coming and will claim everyone cheated.
Trump and the GOP are doing everything they can to cheat. Redistricting five years before the next census, etc.

It's amazing how every single fault Trump and the cult claim about the Democrats turns out to be deeply embedded in Trump and the cult.

If the Dems win the House, Trump will have achieved a well-deserved third impeachment.

And the guy handing down the impeachment is black. Trump's worst nightmare.

That's why he is waging lawfare all over the map. He's terrified.

I think the redistricting BS is going to backfire on them. If California's is allowed to stand and now Virginia may move forward and possible Maryland, they may end up losing more seats than they would have.

..and....that 49% of those surveyed believe country is worse off than a year ago.
I believe that our country has become dark and scary for many, with medical debt mounting as the poorer half of our citizens get poorer.
Food prices aren't getting any lower..gas is a bit better---but still high.

So...does this translate into a Blue wave? Will Trump even let a Blue wave happen?

I hope it does..the potential for hours and hours of amusement is there...if Congress actually and seriously attempted to curb the President.

Democrats hold a slight advantage heading into the midterm elections in a new poll from The New York Times and Siena University.

The poll found that 48% of registered voters would support a Democratic candidate if the midterm elections were held today, compared to just 43% for a Republican candidate. The poll also showed skepticism toward President Donald Trump's policies, with 47% of registered voters saying they "strongly disapprove" of how he is handling his job as president.

The poll surveyed 1,625 registered voters nationwide from Jan. 12 to 17 and advertised a margin of error of 2.8%.
A 51% majority of Americans also say that Trump's policies have made their lives less affordable.
Trump's approval ratings on the economy are, on average, slightly lower than his overall approval ratings.
The president's approval rating stands at 45% in the latest Wall Street Journal poll, at 41% in Reuters/Ipsos, and an average of all the most recent national polls compiled by Real Clear Politics puts Trump's approval at 42%, with 55% giving him a thumbs down on the job he's doing.

The poll data is not near as exciting as the prospect of watching the trainwreck that will occur afterwards should it turn out that way.

Probably the same fake polls that said Biden was sharp as a tack.

Cankles lost and Trump became president

I know you're stupid but this is stupid even for you
I've been calling Trump "President Cankles" for some time now, dear.

Because...

KARMA IS A *****!

Thanks for the heads up, because I am just one of the many that often ignores what you post.
We should relish this precious moment we have found to share our most thoughtful ideas.

<~~~~~~~~~~>
It's a long time to November....

I'd campaign on that slogan. It's popular right now.

The Pet Rock was popular in 1975, and drew the support of millions, but never really turned out to be a wise investment.

That's why Trump & his supporters in Congress are going to get even more dangerous then they already are the closer we get to November.

All one has to do is replay the shitshow put on today by those craven Trump enabling s.o.b.'s in there questioning of Jack Smith today to know that.

Wow, all we were doing is the same thing they were doing for decades, and now they are going to just do it worse.

Conn has 40% Republican voters and 0 Republican Reps. (out of 7)

Mass has 36% Republican voters and 0 Republican Reps. (out of 11)

This isn't the "Republican State with 1 or 2 reps goes Republican" counter the left uses, so don't go there.

Assuming that the vote is conducted properly, I guess. Trump appears to be doing everything he can to help them.
If the Trump party keeps a HOR majority, he'll move on Greenland. He's just biding his time.

Him flapping his yap of a "deal", no military force etc etc is a crock of shit. When are people going to lerarn with this guy?

Why, when President Trump already got what he wanted with the Europeans discussing a new NATO Security Agreement in regard to Greenland, he said some things his base has supported, and some Europeans agreed with?

Just because he managed to do with threats of tariffs, and a little down-home rhetoric without nuking the planet as a bunch of complete nutcases feared, doesn't really mean everyone but you fools are 'out of touch' with reality. :auiqs.jpg:
