Hillary Clinton has serious issues with videos and the truth. In the modern technological era videos are everywhere and seem to come from nowhere. Back in 2012 Clinton seized on a video that came from nowhere and was seen by no one. The video was blamed for the attack in Benghazi that killed four Americans. It was brazenly used to hide the truth about what really happened. Now another video has surfaced showing Clinton being loaded into a van like a drunken wino into a paddy wagon. Once again the truth is falling on hard times. This time a quickly manufactured version of the truth is being used to discredit the video. As usual with the Democrats the truth is an endlessly malleable commodity.
The people who vote for Democrats don’t seem to mind being lied to. In fact they seem to relish it, expect it and even look forward to it. Barrack Obama, our president for the past seven years, was created out of pure fiction. His past is blocked from view by high-priced lawyers and for good reason. That past would likely reveal that Obama applied to many of the schools he attended in his youth as a foreign exchange student. But the cardboard cut-out perfection of Obama was so appealing to the electorate that they unquestioningly swallowed the bait like a school of fish. The truth in any context doesn’t seem to matter to Democrats because it threatens their indoctrinated world view of fairy tale fairness and transcendent, egalitarian purity.
A video showing Hillary Clinton collapsing into a slobbering fit is immediately dismissed as just a bout of inconsequential pneumonia because our educational institutions, our press and our political system has been very busy over the decades functioning as an antidote for the Flynn Effect. With more information more available to more people than ever before, more people are more easily fooled than at any time in history. This is a very dangerous state of affairs because it essentially means that a percentage of our population has become so stupefied that it can’t make sense of all that information. It also means that even if Hillary Clinton drops dead before the election many Democrats would still vote for her even if she is in a casket.
Those of us who were in school in the 1960’s know that secrecy was part and parcel of the former Soviet Union. Soviet leaders believed that they knew better what was best for the people and the people didn’t need to know what the government was up to. They controlled the press; they controlled the schools and more importantly they controlled the people. Hillary Clinton is obviously big on secrecy which is why she installed a personal server in her bathroom so she could filter out any information that might make her look bad before the people could see it. Unfortunately for Clinton the people have yet to vote out all the laws that protect them from corrupt government employees like her and she did not anticipate the technology of hacking. So she instructed her subordinates to destroy evidence subpoenaed by the FBI hoping that the people would be so sufficiently dazed and star struck by the first woman running for president that they would ignore the crime-a security review if you will.
Secrecy is something that exists only if there is something to hide. Trust is something that exists only if there is nothing to hide. Hillary Clinton can never be trusted under any circumstances because she, like the Soviets, believes the end justifies the means. We do know that she is very ill and on powerful blood thinners. We know that her seizures are becoming more frequent. She is not fit to be the president but you will never hear that from her because she is incapable of telling the truth. Oddly, Clinton is not the real danger in this election-it’s the people voting for her.
