I fail to understand your outrage. Of course it was a political attack. It was very premeditated, and timed to unhinge Trump at the debate. And it worked. It demonstrated in spades how thin skinned Trump is. How he can't control his worst impulses. How unhinged and unfocused he really is, and how he doesn't prepare for any eventuality.
