Recently I have noticed a lot of people stating weather is not climate. It is another ruse in the big bag of propaganda that the Solar and Wind industry use to attempt to sway public opinion.

Its an attempt to disassociate the Weather from Climate.

What is climate, I can type that into the Google search engine, this is the result. In order to sell Global Warming and the Green/Clean/Renewable $36 trillion dollar solution, the Solar and Wind industry lobbyists must get us to quit thinking that our weather has anything to do with, climate. Pure nonsense.

Climate is weather averaged over a long period of time. We can add snow and cold to that average,

In a single day in the Mojave, the climate (weather patterns for a particular region or habitat) is often very extreme, reaching hot temperatures of 50°C (120°F) and even hotter in the summer and often much cooler when the sun goes down (outside of the city - where there is no concrete or asphalt to hold the heat). What's the difference between weather and climate?

Weather is what the forecasters on the TV news predict each day. They tell people about the temperature, cloudiness, humidity, and whether a storm is likely in the next few days. That’s weather! It is the mix of events that happens each day in our atmosphere. Weather is not the same everywhere. It may be hot and sunny in one part of the world, but freezing and snowy in another.

Climate is the average weather in a place over many years. While the weather can change in just a few hours, climate takes hundreds, thousands, even millions of years to change.

Why is the American northeast experiencing cold weather?

It, and other areas of the world are experiencing cold weather because Rossby waves have formed in the circumpolar jet stream. Why have Rossby waves formed in the circumpolar jetstream? Those waves have formed because of unusually high sea surface temperatures (SST) in the tropics.
