Whilst pc westerners find eugenics a taboo topic...not so the Chinese and they are using eugenics to their advantage.
Perhaps we in the west need to change to a more common sense approach to genetics, eugenics and how we might use eugenics to solve some of our racial problems...aka blacks having such low average i.q.'s if there was some way to make blacks intelligent...should we not pursue it?
