Mostly all fraud with a sprinkle of ignorance. You brought up RFK in some effort to prove Chauvin committed voter fraud, not me. One has a house in CA and votes in NY the other Minnesota and Florida. You're aware that states have their own laws regarding residency and voter eligibility right? Not sure what one has to do with the other. Other than your odd obsession with RFKjr there was no reason to mention him.
BTW I don't think RFKjr was charged let alone convicted of voter fraud was he? The case you cited was about his Presidential run.
If you really want to get into it though
":The ruling came in spite of the fact that Kennedy is registered to vote in New York, New York has been his primary residence since 1964, he pays taxes in New York, he has a New York driver's license, his legal license and law practice is in New York "
From your article.
So he pays taxes, maintains his licenses etc etc all of which NY is happy to collect the money for and never questioned his residency about. Well until that residency became a political liability for the DNC.....

Those are the voter eligibility requirements.
You have to be a resident for 30 days prior to an election which having established a residence there in May, I think he was qualified. Does the Kennedy family really not own residences in NY state anywhere? Since he wasn't a resident is NY going to return all the erroneously collected taxes he's paid for the years he was apparently not a resident of the state?
If you post your sister's number maybe Bobby will call her and apologize and you can move on.
One, “maintaining primary residence” is bullshit. No one seriously thinks a bedroom at his buddies house is his primary residence. It defies all logic, and to make this claim is laughable and absurd. It’s totally indefensible.
Two, since he has a fraudulent primary residence in New York, it’s trivially easy to get a drivers license.
Three, having a law license doesn’t make him a resident.
Four, he pays taxes in New York based on the income he earns in New York, because that’s where his law office is located.
It’s a total fraud. One place he claimed to be his permanent residence was a total surprise to his friends who let him sleep there every once in a while. He claimed to live at his sisters house, even after she sold it and moved away. Obvious fraud. Finally, he claimed to live at a house that he literally never slept at until he was sued.
And he’s completely unrepentant about the obvious lying.
