Chauvin, the disgraced Minneapolis cop convicted of murdering George Floyd back in 2020, is currently serving concurrent state and federal sentences in a federal prison in Arizona.
Ben Shapiro's The Daily Wire has begun an effort to pardon Chauvin with an open letter to Donald Trump, calling his conviction 'the defining achievement of the Woke movement in American politics.'

The medical examiner testified that Chauvin did not harm Floyd.
He also testified that Floyd had arterial sclerosis, covid-19 and a lethal amount of fentanyl in his blood.
It was a politically motivated conviction.
It was a bogus conviction and an injustice.

Then he needs to be convicted of what he's guilty of though.
That's criminally negligent homicide.
The justice system fucked that one up royally. Pretty bad.

That trial should never have been in Hennepin county.
The city settlement for 27 million before the verdict also tainted the trial and the judge even admitted it could be a future issue, but went right along with the predetermined show trial anyway.

That's not what the medical experts said. One of those experts went through the tape of Floyd's death with the jury, and pointed out the moment when Floyd died - 6 minutes after Chauvin put his knee on the man's neck, and still Chauvin didn't let up until 9 minutes had passed, and then did nothing to check on his condition.
