Chauvin pardon

So now all of a sudden you guys don’t care about voter fraud.
who's "you guys" and you haven't proven voter fraud. At best you've given your opinion on Derek Chauvin's residency.
Figures.

Conservatism consists of exactly one proposition, to wit: There must be in-groups whom the law protects but does not bind, alongside out-groups whom the law binds but does not protect

Not what's been said but ok. Not sure if RFK fucked your sister and never called her again or what but the obsession isn't healthy.

Chauvin murdered a handcuffed suspect

But Black Lives do not matter to Trump
I keep telling you those foil helmets don't give you mindreading powers, but here we are...

Elon Musk floats possible pardon of ex-cop Derek Chauvin for being 'unjustly convicted' in George Floyd case | Daily Mail Online

By STEPHENM. LEPORE FOR DAILYMAIL.COM
Elon Musk weighed on a movement to pardon former police officer Derek Chauvin, saying the controversial action was 'something to think about.'
Chauvin, the disgraced Minneapolis cop convicted of murdering George Floyd back in 2020, is currently serving concurrent state and federal sentences in a federal prison in Arizona.
Ben Shapiro's The Daily Wire has begun an effort to pardon Chauvin with an open letter to Donald Trump, calling his conviction 'the defining achievement of the Woke movement in American politics.'

Comment:
The medical examiner testified that Chauvin did not harm Floyd.
He also testified that Floyd had arterial sclerosis, covid-19 and a lethal amount of fentanyl in his blood.
It was a politically motivated conviction.
It was a bogus conviction and an injustice.
I think Chauvin has a good chance of getting a repeal.

So much corruption in that rigged trial.

It’s not possible to prove anything to someone with a cultish devotion to the fraudsters.

The court ruled RFK Jr wasn’t a New York resident. You skipped over that part. Seems like that constitutes proof. Of course anyone with any common sense can tell you a “rented room” where there’s no lease or rent, no belongings and where you’re never actually spent any significant time can’t be considered a primary residence for voting. That’s blisteringly obvious.

But again, the rules don’t apply to your in-group.

That's not what he said at all, he said the knee on Floyd's neck was more than his body could take. So stop pretending otherwise. Not to mention his statement that an underlying heart condition which was aggravated by the knee on Floyd's neck was contradicted by all of the other medical experts who testified.

The MA's initial finding was part of the police coverup of Floyd's murder, so he had a vested interest in sticking to his original story. He should have been charged as an accessory after the fact, for trying to aid the cover up. It wasn't until the video was released that police were forced to admit what happened.

"The medical examiner who conducted the state’s autopsy on George Floyd stopped short on Friday of backing other expert witnesses at Derek Chauvin’s murder trial who testified that Floyd was asphyxiated under the knee of the accused former police officer.

Dr Andrew Baker told the court that the police pinning the 46-year-old Black man to the ground was “just more than Mr Floyd could take” by making it hard for him to breathe, causing stress hormones that worsened a heart condition and led to his death."

I don't actually care about RFKjr. The hyper focus on one person who doesn't have an impact on your life isnt healthy. Seek help. Seriously.

You care enough to abandon rational thought to avoid reality about him.

That’s actually quite a feat.

You brought up RFK in some effort to prove Chauvin committed voter fraud, not me. One has a house in CA and votes in NY the other Minnesota and Florida. You're aware that states have their own laws regarding residency and voter eligibility right? Not sure what one has to do with the other. Other than your odd obsession with RFKjr there was no reason to mention him.

BTW I don't think RFKjr was charged let alone convicted of voter fraud was he? The case you cited was about his Presidential run.

If you really want to get into it though

":The ruling came in spite of the fact that Kennedy is registered to vote in New York, New York has been his primary residence since 1964, he pays taxes in New York, he has a New York driver's license, his legal license and law practice is in New York "

From your article.

So he pays taxes, maintains his licenses etc etc all of which NY is happy to collect the money for and never questioned his residency about. Well until that residency became a political liability for the DNC.....

Those are the voter eligibility requirements.

You have to be a resident for 30 days prior to an election which having established a residence there in May, I think he was qualified. Does the Kennedy family really not own residences in NY state anywhere? Since he wasn't a resident is NY going to return all the erroneously collected taxes he's paid for the years he was apparently not a resident of the state?

If you post your sister's number maybe Bobby will call her and apologize and you can move on.

Derek is currently serving concurrent state and federal charges. If the fed charges get pardoned, he'll still serve 22.5 years in the State.

Dude was living in Minnesota while voting in Florida. That’s fraud.

RFK Jr should be prosecuted for doing the same, living in California and voting in New York.
You’re right. We need to crack down on voter fraud. Voter id would have stopped both of those crimes.

He wasn’t convicted in a federal court. So President Trump couldn’t pardon him even if he wanted to.

But Black Lives do not matter to Trump
Black lives don't matter to blacks which is why they kill each other so freely. To be honest, the last time black lives mattered when they were slaves and thus property. Their owners would never have allowed the carnage in Dem-run inner cities today.
