Purpose: The committee is charged with advising the Director, CDC, on the use of immunizing agents. In addition, under 42 U.S.C. 1396s, the committee is mandated to establish and periodically review and, as appropriate, revise the list of vaccines for administration to vaccine-eligible children through the Vaccines for Children (VFC) program, along with schedules regarding dosing interval, dosage, and contraindications to administration of vaccines. Further, under provisions of the Affordable Care Act, section 2713 of the Public Health Service Act, immunization recommendations of the ACIP that have been approved by the CDC Director and appear on CDC immunization schedules must be covered by applicable health plans.


Matters To Be Considered: The agenda will include discussions on influenza vaccines, pneumococcal vaccine, meningococcal vaccines, respiratory syncytial virus vaccine, rotavirus vaccine, dengue vaccines, adult immunization schedule, child/adolescent immunization schedule, COVID-19 vaccines and Chikungunya vaccine. Recommendation votes on pneumococcal, adult immunization schedule, child/adolescent immunization schedule and COVID-19 vaccines are scheduled. A Vaccines for Children (VFC) vote on COVID-19 vaccine is scheduled. Agenda items are subject to change as priorities dictate. For more information on the meeting agenda visit

That's probably an option, but lots of doctors have reportedly been coerced to not approve exemptions to COVID-19 vaccinations which are required by employers and schools under threats of losing their medical licenses and livelihoods.

Probably best to pursue all avenues - get a good doctor, a good preacher, and a good lawyer to support you.

On this latest hearing, I already posted the letter I sent the CDC Advisory Committee. I did a lot more than that too.... I notified my 70-strong group of like-minded medical-freedom-loving buddies (brilliant engineers) and told them to take action, and they did. Probably most impactful, I contacted the guy who runs CitizenFreePress, which has nearly 200 million page views a month, and got him to post multiple articles, including Red Alert articles in red font. He even posted the Virginia Medical Freedom Alliance Alert and link to the Federal register comment form I sent him.

I have done everything I possibly could to fight this tyranny, every step of the way. It's why I can sleep so well.

I am glad to have the company and support of other Pure Bloods.

Today, during the hearing, the CDC said that their recommendations do not create vaccine mandates and it is left to the states. I watched them say that, and one of the public commenters said the same (as I reported in post 42 of this thread).

Moments ago on Fox, Tucker said, "They are lying. There are 13 states that follow the CDC recommendations and require children to get the vaccines recommended by the CDC prior to attending public school."

He gave two specific examples, where it is codified - Virginia and Texas. The law requires children in these states to have the vaccinations recommended by the CDC.

I am outraged because they attempted to severely limit my freedoms under false pretenses. I also know people who were fired over this nonsense. They also destroyed the economy and possibly stole the election.

And the people who chose to get vaccinated should also be outraged. Even if they have not had any severe health impacts from the injections, they were lied to and injected themselves with experimental drugs for which there is no recourse. And most of them still got COVID anyway.
